Staying true to our humble roots, Cando is proud to lead the way in community support through our sponsorship and donation efforts across our network.

The Cando Cares Fund gives charitable donations to capital campaigns and ad-hoc charitable causes in all the communities we operate in. Donation allocation is based on values determined by Cando’s employees and include youth development programs, healthcare and health-related initiatives, educational programs, and community development. Cando also takes pride in having our employees actively involved in the communities where we operate and provides matching funds when employees raise money for charitable donations.

Cando’s sponsorship program is focused on supporting community organizations and, in return, receiving advertising or promotion of the Cando brand, products, or services. Sponsorships must accommodate some marketing component for Cando while also serving to communicate one or more of the four pillars of social responsibility on which Cando focuses. Cando’s four pillars of social responsibility are: Safety/Protection of the Community, Environmental Conservancy, Leadership Development, and the Cando Spirit.

How do I submit a request for Donations or Sponsorship?

All applications for donations or sponsorship must be done through our online form. Donations and sponsorships are reviewed separately by the Director of Marketing and Communications.

 

Do you accept applications by email, phone or regular mail?

No. Only requests made through our online application form will be considered. This ensures you provide all the information we need to review your request promptly.

 

When will I know if my application has been approved or denied? 

Within two weeks from the time of your submission, you can expect to receive an email providing you with an update on the status of your request. You will be informed whether your request has been approved, declined, or is currently pending further review.
