Cando Sturgeon Multi-Purpose Terminal (MPT) is centrally located in Alberta’s Industrial Heartland directly west of the CN Beamer Spur. The location provides customers with a unit train staging and storage location connected to CN in a key industrial hub of the country. Cando Sturgeon Terminal expands Cando’s national network and increased rail capacity in a key corridor.

The property is adjacent to the Pembina Redwater Complex, south of North West Refining’s The Sturgeon Refinery and directly west of the CN Beamer Spur

Operations

Current capacity is 3,600 railcar spots with capacity for 5,000 railcar spots.

• Haulage on CN track to and from the Terminal

• Customized rail solutions to improve your product flow and fleet management including railcar switching, air testing, mechanical services, transloading, material handling, inventory management and more
